Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote AI and digitization solutions for industrial automation.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the industrial sector to understand their automation needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial automation or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of AI, IoT, and digitization solutions in industrial automation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
