JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales Leadership:
  • Drive sales efforts for residential and commercial solar projects, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Actively prospect, pitch, and close deals with customers, presenting tailored solar solutions that meet their energy needs
  • CRM Management:
  • Ownership of our CRM, ensuring its effective use for tracking leads, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the ongoing development and customization of our CRM to align with business objectives.
  • Project Oversight:
  • Supervise the development of preliminary system designs, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with the Projects team to ensure seamless project execution from sale to delivery.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for the team, ensuring consistent performance and achievement of company goals.
  • Strategic Development:
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and develop growth opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing to implement campaigns targeting residential and commercial audiences.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure adherence to processes that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and project profitability.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, permitting, and installation teams to ensure all projects meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and coach team members.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably Zoho CRM) and sales tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting project designs and technical requirements.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
