Reporting to the Strategic Development Director, you will take responsibility for leading and developing the sales team in Ireland, ensuring that the company sales, brand and revenue targets are achieved and exceeded. REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven successful experience in a technical sales role.
• Strong background and experience in Engineering/Manufacturing/Contracting industries.
• Experience selling to food/beverage/pharma industries will be an advantage.
• Strong people management experience and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Passion for sales and marketing, a self-starter with the innovation and creativity needed to bring the team to the next level.
