Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to set up our new sales team from scratch. You’ll be the first hire into this phase building pipeline, closing deals, and recruiting a team that can do the same. There’s no team to inherit, No waiting around. You’re building it. Fast.
We’re not looking for a theorist. This isn’t a job for someone who wants to write frameworks, debate pricing models or obsess over pitch decks. We need someone who sells, leads, and delivers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Hit your number – you’re carrying a personal target from day one
  • Build your team – recruit SDRs and BDMs, train them, drive performance
  • Own the pipeline – create outbound momentum, manage inbound, close business
  • Lead from the front – real-world coaching, live calls, fast feedback loops
  • Set high standards – activity, conversion, professionalism — no passengers
  • Control the deal cycle – from discovery to contract
  • Stay focused on sales – you’re not here to fix product or run marketing
