Our client is an award-winning private medical clinic. They are seeking a full-time Sales Manager – Conversion Strategist to join their team in Oakville, Ontario. This is an on-site position.
The Sales Manager’s role is to scale our client’s patient acquisition and retention systems, closing high-ticket services and building sales infrastructure. This includes nurturing and educating potential clients while providing a seamless experience that aligns with the clinic’s consultative and high-end service approach.
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by closing premium services, developing SOPs and scripts, and aligning messaging across all patient-facing teams.
