Description

Our client is an award-winning private medical clinic. They are seeking a full-time Sales Manager – Conversion Strategist to join their team in Oakville, Ontario. This is an on-site position.
The Sales Manager’s role is to scale our client’s patient acquisition and retention systems, closing high-ticket services and building sales infrastructure. This includes nurturing and educating potential clients while providing a seamless experience that aligns with the clinic’s consultative and high-end service approach.
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by closing premium services, developing SOPs and scripts, and aligning messaging across all patient-facing teams. You’ll also be responsible for improving conversion rates and enhancing patient lifetime value through strategic follow-up and retention initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of at least 5 years of direct high-ticket sales experience.
  • Strong closing skills and track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in building sales SOPs, CRM pipelines, scripts, and messaging frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze conversion data, improve performance, and lead with strategy.
  • Experience and comfortability with handling objections and educating customers or prospective patients on premium services.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems, Google and Microsoft products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
  • Proven experience tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to craft and refine a sales process over time.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple interactions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or prior experience in the healthcare industry is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Converting warm leads into high-ticket program sales.
  • Following up with qualified non-buyers and increasing conversion rates.
  • Creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scripts for every stage of the patient journey.
  • Developing unified messaging and language for front desk, physician assistants, doctors, etc.
  • Collaborating with the clinic team to ensure an experience aligned with the clinic’s brand and values is consistently provided.
  • Designing and implementing staff commission structures tied to performance and upselling.
  • Helping to improve patient retention, renewals, and lifetime value.
  • Managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry through appointments and programs, ensuring a seamless and consultative experience for prospective patients.
  • Handling incoming leads and managing objections to ensure patients are well-informed and confident in their decision. Engaging with potential clients to convert inquiries into consultations or program enrollments.
  • Following up with patients before and after their consultations, addressing any concerns, providing additional information, and guiding them toward the best program for their needs.
  • Utilizing CRM system to track leads, manage patient interactions, and measure conversion rates and success metrics.
  • Participating in weekly patient events, networking with attendees, and identifying new potential sales opportunities.
  • Engaging in text and email marketing efforts to nurture leads and encourage program enrollment.
  • Developing and presenting a strategic sales plan to improve conversion rates, optimizing the patient acquisition process.
