Job Description Sales Manager - Corporate Segmentation Job Description Business Development Proactively identify and secure new corporate business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate accounts to maximize room revenue and overall hotel profitability. Account Management Manage and grow assigned corporate accounts through regular sales calls, client meetings, and contract negotiations to ensure consistent business production. Sales Planning & Market Analysis Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the corporate segment, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and identify opportunities to increase market share. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide regular sales activity and performance reports. Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests. Relationship & Business Development Skills Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, develop corporate accounts, and build long-term client relationships. Results-Oriented & Strategic Thinking Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s overall revenue strategy.
