Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Corporate to join our Sales & Marketing team.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Manager – Corporate will be responsible for driving corporate sales for Al Habtoor Palace by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate accounts, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities while nurturing existing partnerships to achieve set sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in corporate or luxury hospitality.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results driven.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (especially Arabic) will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive corporate business and achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients, travel management companies, and business partners.
  • Identify and secure new corporate accounts through proactive prospecting, sales calls, and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into confirmed business.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and wider sales team to align with overall hotel sales objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, client events, and networking activities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional service and account management.
