We’re looking for a Sales Manager – Corporate who can bring energy, strategy, and leadership to our business development efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in corporate sales within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts and proven ability to close high-value deals.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, develop, and secure new corporate business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through strategic relationship management.
  • Develop and execute sales plans targeting local, regional, and international corporate clients.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to promote the hotel’s facilities and services.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Events, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and sales pipelines in line with departmental goals.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to build visibility and reputation.
