Job Description •Develop business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis •Monitor competitors’ rate strategy, account penetration and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge •Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue •Drive government and corporate sales growth through strategic account management, lead generation, and contract negotiations •Lead, train, and manage the sales team while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards Qualifications •Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records •Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language •Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays based on event schedule
