Job Description •Grow Corporate & MICE revenue through proactive prospecting, account development, and strategic partnerships. •Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop new segments (industrial estates, aviation/logistics, education, agencies, and MICE planners). •Lead the full sales cycle: RFP handling, negotiation, contracting, and conversion to confirmed business. •Work closely with Revenue, Events, and Marketing to optimize rate strategy, production, and pipeline performance. •Represent the hotel in client events, networking, and industry activities to strengthen market presence and demand generation Qualifications •Minimum 2+ years of success in hotel sales (Corporate and/or MICE preferred). •Proven ability to build pipelines, convert leads, and grow accounts with strong relationship management. •Strong communication skills in English & Thai. •Confident in negotiation, presentations, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Flexible to support business needs (evenings/weekends/holidays when required by events).
