Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy and execution for our diagnostic products portfolio, with a focus on Nuclear Medicine and related diagnostic solutions. Based in one of India’s major metropolitan hubs—Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai—the Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring market leadership. This role demands a strategic mindset, deep product knowledge, and a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles within the diagnostic healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, delivering accurate forecasting, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity across India. Responsibilities: Drive sales and market penetration of Nuclear Medicine products. Build and maintain relationships with Nuclear Medicine Physicians, Technologists, Procurement Officers, and Finance/Accounts teams. Conduct regular field visits and represent the company at medical conferences, seminars, and hospital engagements. Gather and provide accurate market intelligence to support product positioning and strategic decision-making. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure and post-sale follow-up. Deliver timely and reliable monthly sales forecasts aligned with business objectives. Achieve and exceed the annual sales budget for the India market. Stay updated on competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in diagnostic imaging. Requirements Graduate with MBA, preferably with a science background. Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in diagnostic products, with a focus on Nuclear Medicine, Contrast Media, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex sales cycles in healthcare settings. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems. Benefits Competitive compensation of up to ₹8 Lacs per annum for the right candidate.
