  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, customer acquisition strategies, and enterprise account management.
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM and data analysis to optimize sales strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed performance targets.
  • Provide hands-on coaching, ensuring the team effectively communicates product value and overcomes objections.
  • Develop training programs to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and consultative selling skills.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve conversion rates for new users, focusing on scalable and repeatable processes.
  • Drive consistent performance by setting clear KPIs, monitoring progress, and conducting regular performance reviews.

  • Use HubSpot to track performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Advocate for customer feedback within the organization to refine product offerings and improve user experiences.
  • Develop strategies to upsell, cross-sell, and retain customers, maximizing lifetime value.
  • Lead contract negotiations and support the team in securing new business and renewals.
