ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our UK Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing and expanding our presence in the UK market. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to presenting compelling solutions and closing deals. You will operate independently, taking ownership of your targets and contributing directly to our growth strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious growth targets within the UK.
  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, and articulate the value proposition of our integrated warehouse automation solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., solutions engineering, project management) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in warehouse automation.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
