SUMMARY:

The Sales Manager will lead the Giftcraft’s Canadian sales strategy, managing a team of sales reps and key accounts while driving revenue growth. This role requires a results-oriented leader with deep experience in the giftware or consumer lifestyle industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consumer goods
  • Experience managing a sales team and multi-region territories
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Understanding of wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels
  • Willingness to travel within Canada.
  • Experience in major CRM tool and Netsuite ERP an asset
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales team to achieve targets
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with top clients
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations on campaigns and promotions
