Description

Promofect is a rapidly growing branded merchandise company offering in-house screen printing, embroidery, DTF printing, and custom promotional products. We also operate full-service online stores for clients ranging from first responders and schools to fast-growing businesses and national brands.
We’re looking for a Director or Sales who can do more than manage accounts and close deals. This role is for someone who can think big, lead smart, and bring ideas to the table—someone who wants to shape how we scale and improve how we serve.

Responsibilities

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT

You’ll take ownership of our sales process and revenue growth, while also working closely with leadership to:

  • Develop new strategies for acquiring and retaining clients
  • Improve our store systems, upsell opportunities, and client follow-through
  • Expand the value of our services and identify areas where we can innovate
  • Mentor and guide team members to higher performance and accountability

If you have decorated apparel or promo industry experience, that’s a huge plus. But more than that, we’re looking for someone who can lead, think critically, and build—not just react.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead day-to-day sales operations and manage your own book of key accounts
  • Oversee and improve our CRM and sales tracking systems (HubSpot, Printavo, InkSoft, Chipply)
  • Collaborate with the CEO & Head of Marketing on growth initiatives and service expansion ideas
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experience through better products, promotions, or store structure
  • Coach and support the sales team (U.S. and overseas) to improve follow-up, quoting, and reorders
  • Review performance metrics weekly and implement strategies to drive higher conversion and retention
  • Make occasional client visits to build stronger relationships and uncover opportunities
  • Propose new ways to reach untapped markets, refine outreach, or expand service offerings
