Description

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for building effective client relationships within their designated region. This would include Building Owners, Occupiers and HVAC related Design Consultants / Contractors.
This is an excellent opportunity to impact on a niche market, client portfolios and overall business growth.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience within a HVAC environment is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrable strong understanding of bespoke products and understanding of specifications
  • Ability to build strong relationships with existing and new prospective clients
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
Responsibilities
  • Driving revenue for the regional division
  • Pursue all possible leads and achieve high conversion rates
  • Operate strategically within the market industry to establish prospective new clients
  • Develop and maintain existing client relationships
  • Provide a consultative professionalism when discussing client requirements
  • Build strong relationships with other departments, particularly our Applications and Contracts teams
  • Work towards and meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets set
  • Attend sales meetings periodically with the Sales team and Managing Director, providing information on new business orders and potential opportunities
  • Present key features and benefits of the company, our products and services to obtain opportunities
  • Generate sales reports as required
  • Offer an exceptional level of communication, expert technical advice and guidance whilst adhering to regulations
  • Effectively represent the Dalair brand externally
  • Execute all company processes and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
