JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the events industry to join our growing team. You will be responsible for selling event-related services, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience from lead to closing. ✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in event management, hospitality, or service-based industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent client service
• Familiarity with event planning processes and timelines
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients/projects at once
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, email, and MS Office/Google Suite

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the events and hospitality sector
• Pitch and sell event services such as venue bookings, event packages, and custom solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, planners, and agencies
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams (event planners, marketing, operations) to deliver successful events
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads
• Maintain accurate records of all client communications and sales activity in CRM systems
