Role & Responsibilities Deliver annual sales revenue through Defense & MHA accounts Develop and manage relationships with Defense, MHA, State Police, Fire & Rescue, NDRF, and Disaster Management Authorities. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal/tendering → negotiation → contract closure → execution follow-up → collections. Draft techno-commercial proposals for government tenders, RFPs, and strategic projects. Work closely with operations team for project execution and payment recovery. Establish strategic partnerships with SIs, PSUs, and local partners in key states to drive scale. Regularly report to the CEO with sales pipeline, forecasts, and progress on KPIs. Required Skills Strong communicator with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of B2G and defense procurement processes (DAP, GeM, State Disaster Procurement). Ability to engage with senior officers/bureaucrats. Consultative and solution-oriented mindset; strong relationship builder. Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus). Preferred Profile Experience: 8–15 years in B2G/B2B technical sales. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electronics) or related field. Proven track record in Defense/MHA/Police/Disaster Management sales. Added advantage: Prior work with EyeROV’s existing clients
