About the Opportunity Our Cliet a leading people solutions firm is seeking a Sales Manager for their delivery manpower services for 3PL and logistics providers. This is a strategic role for a dynamic professional who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized staffing solutions in the fast-paced logistics industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients within the 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, and retail sectors through strategic market research, networking, and outreach. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote core services such as delivery manpower outsourcing, rider staffing, and logistics workforce management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct client meetings, understand operational requirements, and present tailored solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment of delivery personnel aligned with client specifications. Prepare proposals and service agreements showcasing value, scalability, and compliance of workforce solutions. Stay updated on logistics industry trends, labor market dynamics, and delivery technology advancements to anticipate client needs. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to support business growth. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development within logistics, staffing, or manpower outsourcing. Strong knowledge of 3PL operations and workforce requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment both independently and collaboratively.
