We specialize in designing and fabricating world-class sheet metal stamping dies, roll forming, fixtures, fabrication, and special applications to meet the industrial needs for automotive, furniture, prototyping, appliance, and U.S. Military. Job Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of tooling and manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to market development. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Handle delicate customer situations should they arise. Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, estimating, and business development of tool and die or other relevant manufacturing role. Strong technical understanding of stamping dies, progressive dies, and other manufacturing tooling techniques. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, direct reports and work independently. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to collaborate with engineering and customers on technical matters.
