Sales Manager – Dimmitt Chevrolet Dealership Dimmitt Chevrolet is actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Chevrolet operations and pre-owned vehicle management. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how to drive volume, gross, and inventory turn—not just desk deals. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a Chevrolet or GM store * Strong pre-owned inventory management skills (aging, acquisition, pricing, turn) * Ability to desking deals, structure subprime and prime deals effectively * Track record of improving front-end gross and total deal profitability * Strong leadership presence with the ability to hold sales teams accountable * Experience working with BDC and digital lead conversion * High energy, competitive mindset, and process-driven Key Responsibilities: * Manage and drive pre-owned inventory strategy (acquisition, pricing, aging) * Desk deals and maximize gross profit while maintaining volume * Work closely with F&I to improve total deal performance * Monitor and improve lead-to-sale conversion and showroom performance * Train and develop sales team on process, product, and closing * Maintain accountability across the sales floor and ensure clean deal flow What We Offer: * Competitive compensation (salary + performance-based bonus) * Opportunity to grow within a high-volume, established Chevrolet dealership * Strong support from executive leadership * Fast-paced, performance-driven environment If you have the experience, discipline, and drive to perform at a high level, we want to talk.
