The ideal candidate has proven leadership capabilities, a strong background in digital marketing agency sales within the UAE, and a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and accountability. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries in the UAE. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine positioning. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management. Ensure achievement of KPIs including revenue targets, client acquisition, and retention metrics. Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years as a Sales Manager in a digital marketing agency within the UAE. Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, performance marketing, web development, and branding. Proven leadership experience managing and scaling a sales team. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Strong network within the UAE business ecosystem is highly preferred. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
