Responsibilities
  • Distribute samples to attract and engage shoppers

  • Offer personalized skincare consultations, mini facials, and hand demos
  • Recommend suitable treatment plans and skincare products tailored to customer needs
  • Provide brochures, flyers, and product literature to educate and support customers
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding customer preferences and providing tailored service
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and motivate the team to exceed expectations
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
  • Continuously update and share skincare product knowledge; act as a go-to expert for customers
  • Conduct product and brand training sessions for team members when needed
  • Support all daily operations including stock management, customer service, and housekeeping
