Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

DocullyVDR is expanding its footprint in the UAE and GCC region, and we’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts within the investment banking and M&A advisory space.
This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with a strong network in the financial community and a proven ability to close high-value B2B SaaS deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and connect with decision-makers within investment banks, M&A advisors, private equity firms, and corporate finance teams.
  • Introduce DocullyVDR’s virtual data room platform and highlight its value in due diligence, deal-making, and compliance-heavy environments.
  • Qualify leads, conduct product demos, and create customized proposals.
  • Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and close deals.
  • Build a strong and sustainable deal pipeline in the UAE, GCC, and nearby territories.
  • Keep a close eye on competitor offerings and position DocullyVDR as a preferred, local, and compliant alternative.
  • Attend industry events, networking forums, and investor summits to generate leads and build partnerships.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and report progress regularly to the Head of Sales.
