POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive sales growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the pet food industry or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and pet food industry trends.
