INTRODUCTION

We are seeking a VCC Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East to drive sales and revenue growth in the Virtual Commercial Card sector. The role involves managing the sales cycle, developing markets, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize product performance. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B/B2B2C sales experience and a passion for the Fintech industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Virtual Commercial Card in this region.
  • Be responsible for the full sales cycle, from planning, identifying opportunities, and developing markets to achieving sales and managing relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal supporting teams to serve customers, ensuring optimal product performance and user experience.
  • Collect and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve product and service offerings.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, operational requirements, and compliance regulations.
  • Work independently as a contributor, responsible for all sales-related activities.
