Job Description
This a rare opportunity to fill a previously long held & sought after position with a supporting admin team that does most of the admin & heavy lifting for you ..leaving you to drive sales without the hassle and politics often found in a franchise dealership.
We require a driven operator who can deliver consistent personal and departmental results and customer service that is second to none. The right applicant will feel right at home amongst a part of a small motivated, progressive team of winners, representing Australia’s most dynamic prestige dealer group with Australia’s best stock list offering the most sought-after vehicles - all year round.
You will be an experienced professional who loves cars… have good basic mechanical knowledge, good computer skills & know how to put a deal together with a natural flair for sales, customer & colleague relations alike.
You can lead by example, manage your clients, recruit, mentor & manage your sales team while being responsible for the department as a whole… In short, you will be across all opportunities and responsible for the department’s results ensuring our continued success well into the future.
