About SportsPro: SportsLogistics seeks a dynamic Sales Manager who can oversee the E-Commerce and telesales team. The Sales Manager will lead and innovate our online presence and push our telesales team forward. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sports, sales and e-commerce. You will manage our Telesales team, Shopify site, club shops, and the kit builder feature, ensuring our customers a seamless and engaging shopping experience.

This position is not suited for those who prefer to delegate extensively. We are looking for a leader who is ready to dive into work, lead from the front, and drive our e-commerce platforms to new heights.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Sales: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales, customer acquisition, and retention across all online platforms, including our main Shopify site
  • Club Shops & Kit Builder: Manage and optimise the online club shop experience and the kit builder functionality, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive sales.
  • Telesales management: Spearhead all telesales activities to increase brand visibility and sales. This includes managing KPIs and targets while following up on PPC campaigns, SEO, meta ads, and Klaviyo email campaigns with the team to maximise sales.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyse the sales team’s performance to understand and identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular reporting on e-commerce metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the telesales by example, encouraging a hands-on approach to problem-solving and task execution, and getting stuck in yourself with sales.
