We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager in East Europe with vast experience in the world of Defense and HLS. In this role, you will: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across global markets in the HLS/Defense/Multidisciplinary Products industries, including drones Find, sign and manage channels and partners in your territory. Manage relationships with key clients in international markets and maintain a strong sale pipeline Analyze market trends and customer behavior in global markets to identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Requirements The ideal candidates should have: At least 7 years of experience at HLS/Defense Products Industry – must Proficiency in English – must Proficiency in Russian– must Excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in international markets Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel up to 50%
