Sales Manager – Staffing Industry (New Business Hunter) Location: Orange, CA – Must reside locally with reliable transportation Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + Uncapped Commission Are You a Deal Maker? We are on the hunt for a resourceful and relentless Sales Executive who thrives on exceeding quotas and building high-value client relationships from scratch. This is not a farming role. It’s a hunter’s game. You’ll spearhead new client acquisition, leveraging an omnichannel prospecting approach including phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person drops. What You’ll Be Doing: Drive full-cycle B2B sales from prospecting to close, focused on staffing solutions Execute a proven omnichannel outbound strategy: cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and physical drops Schedule and run qualified discovery meetings weekly Source and support staffing needs across multiple industries and roles, partnering with our specialized recruitment experts to deliver customized talent solutions Partner with marketing and recruiting teams to build client-specific strategies Represent the company at industry events and networking functions Maintain pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and clear KPIs Deliver weekly gross profit results and consistently exceed targets You Are: A deal-closer with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota for the past 3 consecutive years Resilient and emotionally intelligent, with proven examples of overcoming sales adversity Curious, coachable, and a strategic listener.
