Duration: 9 month maternity cover Location: London (Hybrid) Reports to: CEO/CGO (Founders) The Growth Foundation (TGF) is on a mission: to be the strategic growth partner for ambitious DTC and eCommerce brands. From beauty to tech, home to wellness, we help founders scale profitably, sustainably, and enjoyably—guiding them through key growth chapters like investment navigation, platform optimisation, new market entry, and performance transformation. We’re entering an exciting phase of brand fame, productisation, and recurring revenue growth, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager (Maternity Cover) to play a pivotal role in driving demand, nurturing partnerships, and converting high-quality opportunities into lasting client relationships. What You’ll Do: Own and execute outbound campaigns, qualify inbound leads, and manage your sales pipeline. Build compelling proposals and support pitches to prospective clients. Collaborate with senior leadership to nurture strategic partnerships and maximise co-marketing opportunities. Support client development, renewals, and upsell conversations. Represent TGF at events and within the DTC/eCommerce ecosystem as a credible, trusted voice. Success Looks Like: 3 months: Confidently managing pipeline, generating leads, and supporting upcoming events. 6 months: Consistently booking new business meetings and contributing to revenue growth. End of contract: Delivering agreed lead and revenue targets, ensuring a strong handover. Who You Are: 3–5 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or commercial roles (eCommerce, agency, or SaaS). Strong understanding of the eCommerce and D2C ecosystem. Confident in outbound sales, relationship building, and consultative selling with founders. Data-literate, analytical, and commercially motivated. Organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously while collaborating closely with leadership.
