We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for Education Infrastructure Loans. The role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions for infrastructure-related products and services. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and engage prospective clients in the education sector, including schools, colleges, and universities. • Promote and sell infrastructure loans • Understand customer requirements / channel Partners  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, channel partners , key stakeholders, and decision-makers. • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Coordinate with internal teams Skills: • Knowledge of public/private education infrastructure funding models • Strong understanding of sales processes and the education sector. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. • Willingness to travel as required.
