Danfoss is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our Drives business within the Marine and Land Electrification segments in Singapore with additional responsibilities covering selected Heavy Industry customers..
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in enabling Marine and Land Electrification across complex applications, delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Fully responsible for Singapore M&O sales targets and growth plan
  • Develop and execute the local Marine, Electrification, and Industry business strategy as the subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with local and regional Danfoss stakeholders to design targeted solutions that address customer requirements.
  • Grow business with marine, electrification and industry projects with shipyards, system integrators and partners (distributors), leveraging support of regional and global Danfoss networks
  • Grow aftermarket business with shipowners and ship management companies for retrofits, service support and partner sales
  • Develop partner business by creating and executing joint business plans.
  • Leverage Danfoss’ global and regional expertise to specify-in products and deliver high-value, competitive solutions.
  • Clearly communicate value propositions for Danfoss products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze market intelligence and sales data to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and strengthen pipeline.
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong network of route-to-market partners.
  • Lead customer engagements and ensure multi-level relationship management to drive long-term growth.
