We started out as just a few developers working separately on open-source NTFS file system development during the 1990s. EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5years’ experience in consultative Software sales, hunting and building accounts, preferably in the High-Touch, High-Value space.
  • Familiarity and confidence in selling complex deep-tech software solutions targeting design engineering, software architects and senior software development leaders
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: Automotive (advantage), Industrial Automation, Medical, Smart Energy,, Aerospace & Defence (in Germany and/or France)
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP based secure connectivity and/or software flash data storage technologies such as file systems and flash translation layers.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards such as functional safety or cyber security.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The company is in a high growth phase of its development and the immediate requirement is to maintain and accelerate this growth. The company is recruiting in EMEA for an experienced Sales Manager - a hunter with a proven track record of regular overachievement. This is a fully home-based remote position, but frequent travel will be required as dictated by business and client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth from new logos, and from expanding footprint in existing accounts.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Tuxera Fusion File Share and the value to our customers, and stay up-to-date with new product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Work with strategic partners to drive and manage joint selling opportunities
  • Adhere to Tuxera’s values (see below).
