• Lead and manage a team of commission-based real estate brokers
• Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive deal flow
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and monthly reporting to the COO
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new brokers
• Support brokers with pipeline management and deal closing strategies
• Ensure CRM discipline and client follow-up standards are met
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing and videography team to boost agent visibility
