Sales Manager
£55,000 - £100,000 OTE with commission
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with proven experience in driving growth within the void energy sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in void energy services, broader energy industry solutions, or social housing, with a track record of delivering strong sales results.
This is a selling role as well as a management position.
The Sales Manager will be directly responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and closing deals, while also shaping the wider sales strategy.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record in hands-on B2B sales, ideally within the energy sector.
  • Specific experience in void energy management/services or selling energy-related solutions.
  • Experience working with or selling into the social housing sector (housing associations, local authorities, contractors, etc.).
  • Strong business development skills, with demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
