Description:
Enghouse Network is on the hunt for a high-energy, results driven Sales Manager (New Logo) who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our OSS/BSS software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecommunications and utility sectors, strong relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven track record in complex sales cycles. The ideal candidate will excel in business development, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships. This is a remote role based in Germany, reporting to the VP Sales, Networks EMEAA.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in OSS/BSS software solutions or related technology sectors, with a strong focus on telecommunications, utilities, large enterprises, and government.
- Proven experience with selling software solutions to telecom operators is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales processes and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS solutions and their applications within the telecommunications and utility industries.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory
- Must be legally eligible to work in Germany without sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for OSS/BSS software solutions tailored to the telecommunications, utility, large enterprise, and government sectors in the DACH region.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic initiatives.
- Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients across target sectors to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand client requirements and position our solutions effectively.
- Sales Execution:
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets through effective sales tactics and pipeline management.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings and market needs.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats within the DACH region.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
