The Sales Manager, Enterprise Channel is responsible for originating, developing, and closing high-value enterprise mandates with institutional real estate stakeholders. This role focuses on strategic, non-routine engagements that require executive-level relationship building, long sales cycles, and complex commercial structuring. Unlike traditional volume-driven sales roles, this position targets a small number of high-impact partnerships that contribute significantly to overall company revenue. Scope of Mandates Strategic partnerships and joint ventures Real estate consultancy assignments Development management mandates Sales management mandates Portfolio-level and complex structured engagements Key Responsibilities Lead executive outreach to senior decision-makers including C-suite, investment committees, and board-level stakeholders Develop and manage a pipeline of long-cycle, high-value enterprise opportunities Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements aligned with client portfolio strategies Position the company as a strategic partner for large-scale real estate portfolios Collaborate internally with advisory, development, and sales teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking and forecasting for strategic deals Preferred degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field. Ongoing professional development in real estate, investment, or strategic sales is advantageous. Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development with institutional real estate clients in the UAE or GCC Track record of closing complex, high-value deals with senior stakeholders Strong understanding of UAE real estate market, investment trends, and regulatory environment Excellent executive presence, negotiation, and relationship management skills Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and ability to manage long-cycle mandates Degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field preferred
