About the Role: As our Enterprise Sales Manager, you’ll lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of experienced Account Executives focused on large-scale enterprise engagements. This is a dynamic, tactical and strategic leadership role where you will: Recruit, onboard and coach seasoned sellers to deliver week-by-week, quarter-by-quarter success: Partnering with TA is critical as we scale Set and own the forecast cadence, track leading indicators, adjust plan and drive accountability across the team. Develop and execute enterprise-level sales strategies in partnership with senior leadership, aligned with product, marketing and customer success. Help your team build and manage a rich pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities, enable deal prioritization, and support closing high-impact deals. Identify skill gaps, design and deliver ongoing professional development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth. Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, Solutions Engineering) to ensure a holistic orchestration of enterprise account engagements. Deliver regular performance reviews, pipeline and revenue reports to senior leadership; provide insights and recommendations for scaling and optimizing the enterprise sales engine. Address team conflict, performance shortfalls or process barriers in a timely and constructive manner. You don’t wait to be told what tool to try – you explore, test, and share what works. Required Experience: 4+ years of experience managing enterprise/strategic sales teams in SaaS, experience in MarTech/CRM/e-commerce 6+ years of Enterprise selling experience into the Fortune 5000 and success exceeding quotas in AI and SaaS solutions You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast You use AI tools to accelerate exploration, shorten iteration cycles, and bring sharper ideas to the table Track record of building, coaching and scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams Executive presence and credibility: comfortable engaging senior executives (C-suite) and influencing across internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset; you’re fluent in sales metrics, pipeline health, conversion math, forecasting and leveraging CRM (especially Salesforce). Motivational leadership style: you inspire your team, drive energy and accountability, foster collaboration and champion best practices. Comfortable operating in a high-velocity, dynamic, fast-moving SaaS/MarTech environment. Experience with the MEDDPIC, and Command the Message Sales methodologies Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs, consumer behaviour, CRM and CDP/marketing automation market dynamics. Why Klaviyo?
