Description
Manage sales performance and partnerships with customers and indirect channels Visit customers and potential customers of EP on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets Manage team sales and profit by developing a business and sales plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls Identify & recommend promotion programs and materials to help support the business, sales plans and strategies as well Develop team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education Support in-service cases if a team member is unable to cover it with some reasons Monitor sales performance of team members and indirect channel partners on an ongoing basis Conduct monthly, quarterly sales reviews with team and indirect channel partners, adjusts strategies in accordance with BU and Country requirements Collaborate with marketing and training team in activities such as sales promotion and educational training in planning and executing BU strategies & tactics Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions, as required to promote the BU products and solutions Abide by healthcare compliance Responsible for team compliance performance within the region and for reporting compliance issues to stakeholders Gain market information and knowledge to obtain and maintain the targeted market shares across the product portfolio Is up to date on clinical studies and share its value with team & EP BU Suggest any ideas or process to solve problem and seek improvement point during daily service Communicate with enabling functional dept. for people & team management and knowing work process Bachelor's degree or above Proven track record of 10+ years of work experience in sales within medical industry including minimum + 5years of sale experience in Electrophysiology field + 5 years of team management experience Strong leadership and team management skills with +5 years of team management experience Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Good command of English and Native level of Korea Development experience for open & honest culture Proficiency in using MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) In-depth knowledge and experience in EP Diverse leadership experiences as a team member or leader Deep understanding of CE (capital equipment) business and business model Extensive experience in indirect channel management
