We are now looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our merchant acquisition engine. What You’ll Do (Your Impact)Own Merchant Acquisition Growth Own end-to-end sales funnel: prospecting, closing, activation. Drive merchant acquisition across SME segments (F&B, retail, etc.) Build and execute scalable field strategies. Identify and unlock new acquisition channels. Build & Lead High-Performance Sales Team Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Merchant Acquisition Executives. Set performance targets, track results, and ensure the team hits KPIs. Drive strong sales discipline, cadence, and accountability. Analyze sales data and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Drive Sales Strategy & Execution Design territory and coverage model to maximize market penetration. Develop and optimize sales playbooks and scripts. Monitor funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates. Ensure efficient CAC and ROI. Cross Functional Leadership Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to refine GTM strategy Translate frontline merchant insights into product and feature improvements. Represent EPOS at external events, roadshows, and SME networking sessions. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / merchant acquisition and 2+ years of experience managing field sales teams (fintech, payments, POS, or SaaS strongly preferred). Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding aggressive sales targets. Strong hunter mindset with hands-on execution capability. Experience in building or scaling sales teams in a fast-growing environment. Data driven and familiar with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce). Self-motivated, performance-driven, result-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
