The job
Are you passionate about inspiring teams and driving growth? We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to take the helm of our UK sales team. This high-performing group includes sales leaders, engineers, and assistants—all working together to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 sales professionals across the UK.
• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for high-value accounts and complex sales opportunities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to unlock their full potential.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sales strategies and broader business goals.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure consistent progress and continuous improvement.

Essential requirements

• Educational background in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, with a track record of selling complex, technical solutions.
• Demonstrated success in a Sales Leader role, ideally within a B2B environment.

Desired skills

• Strong experience selling into the electrical industry.
• Exposure to software sales, particularly in combination with hardware or integrated systems.
• Formal leadership or management training is a plus.
