The main accountability in this role is for you to lead and implement an effective excitation and hydropower sales strategy and organization within Europe and for the specified export portfolio to other regions. You will enhance ABB’s market presence and help realize our growth aspirations for products, solutions and services.
In this position, you will define, plan, lead, and execute a sales strategy that delivers both qualitative and quantitative targets across products, systems, services, and solutions. You will be responsible for facilitating sustainable growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring effective sales productivity.
As the Sales Leader, you will monitor performance and initiate actions to secure business growth. You will play a central role in continuously improving early market engagement, the sales process, and tendering activities - working closely with both European and global stakeholders.
Also, you will guide, assist, and grow the sales group, developing an atmosphere that aims for notable accomplishments and reinforces ABB’s status in the energy and power generation sector.
The work model for the role is: primarily on-site within Europe, with the possibility of hybrid flexibility once established.
