The Opportunity Our client is looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager – Europe to spearhead commercial growth across regulated and emerging European markets. This is a key strategic role, ideal for someone with a proven iGaming sales background, a strong industry network, and the ability to close high-value B2B partnerships. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable traveling frequently to meet clients and attend major industry events. Key Responsibilities ✅ Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across European iGaming markets ✅ Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, aggregators, and industry stakeholders ✅ Attend and represent the company at major iGaming events (e.g., ICE, SBC, Sigma, etc.) ✅ Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools ✅ Work closely with internal marketing and product teams to ensure commercial alignment ✅ Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support product strategy ✅ Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs Key Requirements Must-Have 5+ years of B2B sales experience within the iGaming industry (Sportsbook strongly preferred) Proven ability to close deals and build partnerships across European markets Strong understanding of the sportsbook ecosystem, product offering, and commercial structures Comfortable managing a fast-paced pipeline and negotiating contracts Willingness to travel extensively and frequently across Europe Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Nice-to-Have Existing network of operators and key decision-makers Experience working with regulated markets and multi-jurisdiction licensing environments Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field What Success Looks Like ⭐ Building a strong pipeline of qualified sportsbook/iGaming opportunities ⭐ Signing high-value partnerships and long-term commercial agreements ⭐ Becoming a key commercial driver of growth in the European market ⭐ Representing the brand confidently across industry events and client meetings Why Join? 🚀 High-growth environment within a fast-evolving sportsbook sector 🤝 Opportunity to work with a strong product and competitive offering 🌍 Exposure to top-tier operators and European market expansion 📈 Career growth potential within a commercially ambitious organization
