Description

Eurostop provides Retail Solutions to major and well-known retailers on the high street, both in the UK and internationally. We are looking for an enthusiastic sales manager to join our London Head Office (Ealing, office based) to contribute in
generating new sales for our company. You will be responsible for driving revenue by selling software solutions (like POS, ERP, inventory management, or omnichannel platforms) to retail businesses.
This person must be an excellent communicator and have great people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services using Microsoft Teams or at face-to-face meetings. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with retail businesses (focus on fashion, footwear, jewellery, apparel and lifestyle).
  • Identify potential prospects, including independent retailers, chains, and enterprise-level organizations.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, set appointments and conduct product demos.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (e.g., Heads of IT, Ops Directors, Retail Managers).
  • Negotiate contracts in line with company policy.
  • Collaborate with development and project teams to ensure alignment and smooth handover of new clients.
  • Track and report sales metrics using Salesforce CRM.
  • Stay informed about retail trends, competitor products, and software innovation.
  • Go the “extra mile” to bring in new business and add value to the company

Requirements

  • Proven track record of B2B software sales success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales quota.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade events (often UK-wide).
  • Good command of the English language
  • Good IT skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of a CRM system ideally Salesforce

Desirable

  • Experience in the Fashion, Footwear, Lifestyle industry
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including POS, inventory, eCommerce, and customer engagement.
  • Background in retail (either operational or tech side).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
