With a strong footprint across the UAE and an expanding presence in GCC, Africa, and international markets, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Export Markets to spearhead our global sales growth and strengthen our client network.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in sales/export of tires, batteries, tubes, or rims.
  • Strong knowledge of export market dynamics, regulations, and documentation.
  • Excellent business network with established contacts in GCC, Africa, or other international markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic/French or additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Manager – Export Markets will be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in international markets. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, an established client network, and proven expertise in the export and distribution of automotive products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand the company’s market share.
  • Identify, establish, and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and B2B clients in GCC, Africa, and other regions.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations, and proposals for international clients.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong financial discipline with clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth export operations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events internationally.
  • Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Lead and mentor the export sales team to meet organizational objectives.
