Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join the award-winning Fairmont St Andrews, where you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth across the MICE segment . You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, actively seek new business opportunities and implement strategic sales initiatives. This is your opportunity to represent one of Scotland’s most iconic destinations and make a meaningful impact on our group revenue objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities: Prospect and secure new business through high-impact, in-person sales meetings and networking at key events and trade exhibition
  • Grow key accounts: Maximise value from existing clients and build long-term loyalty.
  • Be our brand ambassador: Represent Fairmont St Andrews across the UK and internationally through sales missions, industry events, and client visits.
  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with Accor Global Sales, tourist boards, and partners to drive demand.
  • Own your market: Design and implement strategic initiatives to drive bookings, maximise revenue, and elevate brand presence.
