About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Western Canada. In this role, you will build and develop our Financial Representative (FR) channel through recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management, using activity and sales metrics to drive results. You will partner closely with the National Sales Director and Distribution teams to reinforce best practices and support compliant growth. * Drive sales growth across Western Canada by executing the sales strategy to meet annual targets and profitability goals across Life Insurance, Critical Illness, and GIA products. * Improve FR advisor productivity, placement ratios, pipeline health, and overall sales performance. * Recruit, onboard, and integrate new Financial Representatives to meet hiring targets and improve early productivity and retention. * Coach and manage performance for new and existing FRs, including joint field work in the first six months, to reinforce compliant, professional selling practices. * Deliver training that supports sales growth, advisor skills, and business best practices. * Maintain compliance and strong operations by staying current on underwriting and new business processes, and supporting licensing, regulatory requirements, and audits. What You Bring to the Table: * Proven ability to drive sales results through strong execution, coaching, and performance management. * Strong product knowledge: Life Insurance, Critical Illness, GIAs, and Financial Needs Analysis. * Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing Financial Representatives to improve early productivity and retention. * Data-driven approach using activity reports and performance metrics toidentifygaps and improve results. * Knowledge of underwriting, new business processes, and licensing/regulatory requirements in the advisor channel. * 3+ years in insurance/investment sales, 2+ years in sales leadership, and an active LLQP license. Pay Transparency The pay range for this role is $69,000 - $119,000 per year.  This posting is for a current vacancy.   Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location.
