Experience in Funeral Industry is not necessary, we are looking for passionate candidates who love to lead and make a difference!
Work from home, with occasional travel to head office in Stockholm!

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—often during an emotionally challenging time. You will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries with care and professionalism, converting these into confirmed funeral arrangements, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our values of empathy, transparency, and integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Lead Management: Take full ownership of inbound customer leads, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates from enquiry to confirmed order.
  • Sales Strategy: Drive daily performance by identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and increase efficiency.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and schedule freelance sales agents to ensure consistent phone line coverage and peak conversion performance.
  • Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional level of service at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our small internal team to optimise the customer journey and support each other in achieving shared goals.
