Filinvest Hotel: QUEST PLUS CONFERENCE CENTER MANILA The Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel revenue and profitability by achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure sustained business growth, high customer satisfaction, and strong market presence. The Sales Manager serves as the primary contact for assigned accounts and ensures a seamless client experience while adhering to company standards and policies. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow key accounts across all revenue-generating market segments. Develop strategies to secure and maintain preferred status with corporate and global accounts. Drive business development initiatives to maximize revenue from rooms and other hotel segments. Monitor account performance and ensure achievement of budgeted sales targets. Maintain active market presence through client meetings, calls, and other sales activities. Recommend and negotiate corporate, group, long-stay, and other rate structures. Conduct site inspections and manage familiarization (FAM) trips and client events. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning. Execute approved sales action plans to achieve revenue objectives. Prepare accurate forecasts for room blocks and banquet business. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, databases, and pipeline tracking. Monitor account production and implement action plans for improvement. Ensure compliance with sales standards, policies, and database integrity. Utilize sales systems and tools to optimize account management and revenue opportunities. Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely solutions to concerns. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a cluster or multi-property setup. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets. Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE, government, and leisure market segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in sales systems and Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to work in Ortigas City.
